INSTRUCTIONS FOR SUBMISSIONS

To qualify for this program, the individual being honored must have served in one of the United States Armed Forces. First priority will be given to Veterans from each location ( Born, Raised, or Resided). The banners will be displayed for 3 years from Memorial to Veterans Days. This form can be submitted online, or may be downloaded, printed and sent in, following the directions on the downloaded form. Pictures and payment also need to be submitted. Deadline for submissions is  May 29. Proofs of all banners will be posted to this website, June 2. IF and ONLY if there are corrections, they need to be submitted by June 4. If there are no corrections, your banner will be printed and hung by the July 4.​ PLEASE only submit photo's in a JPEG format!!!​​
